LHU’s New Year Gathering - At Ty 2025

In the joyful and exciting atmosphere of the first days of spring, on February 7 morning, 2025 (the 10th day of the first lunar month of the year of the Snake), LHU held its 2025 New Year gathering.

As an annual event of LHU, the New Year gathering is an opportunity for all members to share New Year's stories and enjoy a glass of wine to celebrate the New Year.

Attending the event were Dr. Do Thi Lan Dai – Chairwoman of the University Council, members of the Board of Rectors, Chairman of the Labor Union, along with leaders of affiliated units and all employees of LHU. In the vibrant spring atmosphere, LHU members exchanged their wishes for health, happiness and prosperity in the year ahead.

At the event, the Board of Rectors shared the University’s development orientations and plans to improve the well-being of all LHU members. Additionally, the University leaders emphasized the spirit of solidarity, proactiveness, creativity, and determination to excellently complete the goals in 2025.

A highlight of the gathering was the launch of LHU AI, a research project developed by LHU. This research achievement by the University’s faculty promises high practical applications in teaching and technology. The LHU AI project not only demonstrates the University’s collective efforts but also affirms its capability to keep up with the 4.0 technology trend.

Also, to recognize the dedication of staff, lecturers and students while encouraging the spirit of innovation and continuous improvement, the University announced and presented the Most Outstanding Event of 2024 Award to the National RoboG Competition, co-organized by the Faculty of Information Technology and sponsored by the Center of Admissions and Public Relations.

As per tradition, with the New Year’s Lucky Draw organized by the LHU Labor Union, lucky winners brought home valuable gifts such as a mace of SJC gold, a TV, a washing machine, induction cookers, rice cookers,...

Through the spring meeting, hopefully all members of the University will continue to stand united, overcome challenges, and achieve great success in the new year, contributing to the growth of LHU and taking it to new heights.
