To provide Business Administration students with opportunities for practical learning and real-world experience, on the morning of November 30, 2021, the Faculty of Business Administration – International Economics (FAIE) organized a field trip to CN PLUS Vietnam Co., Ltd. The visit was led by PhD Nguyen Van Dung – Head of the Business Administration Program – along with faculty members and the participation of 50 students.
In addition to classroom learning, FAIE consistently creates opportunities for students across its programs to gain practical knowledge through company visits. During the visit to CN PLUS Vietnam Co., Ltd., students were able to understand the company’s organizational structure, management system, departmental divisions, and the production process—from raw material procurement to the steps involved in manufacturing finished products, as well as human resource management.
CN PLUS Vietnam Co., Ltd. specializes in the production and trading of stationery products, serving a broad customer base including students, teachers, and office workers. Recognizing the practical importance of its products, the company generously presented gifts to all lecturers and students at the end of the visit. The gifts included various stationery items such as pens, correction tools, and erasers, with the hope that these supplies would support effective teaching and learning activities.
The four-hour field visit provided students with valuable lessons, including improved communication skills, positive thinking, compliance with workplace safety regulations, and awareness of corporate responsibility toward the environment, community, and society. It is hoped that this experience will serve as meaningful preparation for students as they accumulate practical knowledge and build a strong foundation for their future careers.
