FAIE Accompanies Students in the “Journey Home for Tet”.

“From understanding to sharing love” is the message that Lac Hong University conveys through the annual “Journey Home for Tet” project dedicated to its students. Anticipating the difficulties students may face in purchasing train and bus tickets during this period, especially as Tet approaches, Lac Hong University continues to implement procedures for students to register for the University’s Journey Home for Tet programme.

On the morning of 28 December 2022, Lac Hong University organized the Gala “Journey Home for Tet 2023” at Hall A301. Notably, this year FAIE received 51 cartons of Hillway milk tea from FES Vietnam Company to present to students across the University. The quantity of gifts donated by the company was substantial, appealing to students’ preference for milk tea. FES Vietnam is one of the first companies to introduce instant coffee culture to the Vietnamese market. With more than 20 years of establishment and development, FES has provided consumers with a wide range of delicious and convenient packaged products.

FAIE leadership expressed great happiness in contributing gifts to students.

On the afternoon of 8 January 2023, PhD Lam Thanh Hien – President of the University, together with Associate Professor PhD Nguyen Vu Quynh – President of the University, and representatives of leaders from various units were present at the gate of Campus 1 to present gifts and see students off as they returned to their hometowns. LHU arranged transportation to “deliver students” directly home to seven provinces included in the University-organized bus programme: Khanh Hoa, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Dak Nong, Dak Lak, Gia Lai, and Kon Tum. In addition, students from other provinces and cities had previously received financial support to return home for Tet.

MB Ta Thi Thanh Huong – Vice Dean of FAIE attended the Gala together with students.

Although PhD Nguyen Van Tan – Dean of FAIE was unable to attend the Gala, he was present at dawn to see students off before they boarded the buses.

LHU has been, is, and will continue striving to preserve and promote the core values of Lac Hong University. All efforts are directed toward providing students with the best possible learning environment and the most fulfilling spiritual life. Come and accompany LHU.
