“Output determines input” – this statement by PhD Do Thi Lan Dai, Chairwoman of the University Council of Lac Hong University, has been closely implemented by PhD Nguyen Van Tan at The Faculty of Administration International Economics. Enterprises serve as an important bridge and are the “output” of all universities. The cooperation between Lac Hong University and enterprises is regarded as a key factor in improving training quality and ensuring that human resources meet enterprise requirements. Enterprises and the University collaborate in developing and updating training programmes, providing career orientation for students, and arranging internships, company visits, and site visits for students at enterprises.

Recently, FAIE organized the launch ceremony of the Faculty-Level Industry Advisory Board with the participation of associations aligned with each major of the Faculty, such as: Dong Nai Young Business Association, Import–Export Association, Lawyers Association, Tourism Association, along with leading enterprises in the respective sectors. At the launch ceremony, the Faculty also signed strategic cooperation agreements with enterprises. This close linkage enables the training activities of The Faculty of Administration International Economics, Lac Hong University, to develop more strongly towards alignment with practical production activities and the demands of the Vietnamese labor market.

From the commitments made by enterprises, students can feel secure and confident in their place of study, without fear of unemployment or concern about job prospects when choosing to pursue a major at The Faculty of Administration International Economics, Lac Hong University.
