    FAIE Connects with Enterprises to Introduce Students for Internships.

    In order to meet the needs of both enterprises and students, on the morning of 24 April 2023, at Room A301, Campus 1 of Lac Hong University, an event was held to support students in seeking employment opportunities. Through this event, enterprises were also able to recruit new personnel to accompany their development.

    The enterprises participating in recruitment in collaboration with the University included:

    2. Cathay Life Insurance Co., Ltd. Vietnam

    3. Merap Group Joint Stock Company

    4. Dong Tien Valuation Joint Stock Company (DTVC)

    5. Q HOME Design Consulting – Construction Co., Ltd.

    6. C.P. Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company

    7. Bao Viet Life Insurance – Dong Nai

    8. Viet Holiday Trading Service Travel Co., Ltd. (VIETHOLIDAY TOURIST)

    These enterprises have consistently maintained close ties with Lac Hong University, demonstrating strong interest and support in recognizing and encouraging students’ academic efforts. On the same day, The Faculty of Administration International Economics coordinated with sponsoring enterprises to award scholarships to students in difficult circumstances within the Faculty. This initiative aimed to help students feel secure about their Faculty, their University, and the major they are pursuing.

    Every student aspires to earn a high income upon graduation. Therefore, they continuously strive to improve their professional knowledge, skills, and adaptability while still at university. FAIE regularly organizes thematic seminars, inviting experts to share experiences and stories from those who have gone before, enabling students to gain valuable lessons and life experience. Through the Job Fair and the useful insights shared, students were able to identify suitable workplaces where they could undertake internships and gain experience in the careers they are passionate about. FAIE consistently provides close guidance, creates favorable conditions, and imparts knowledge to students, thereby maintaining the trust of enterprises.

    Enterprises serve as an important bridge. Enterprises and the University consistently collaborate to develop and update training programmes and provide career orientation for students. Recruitment is an essential activity for all enterprises. It not only supplements human resources shortages but also helps build a high-quality workforce that enables enterprises to develop rapidly and sustainably. Through the internship period, enterprises can identify suitable students who bring value to the company and retain them as official employees. Selecting capable personnel helps companies achieve better development and attain their expected accomplishments.
